Petition updateHelp me stop Norwegian Cruise Line acceptance of sexual assault against crew membersUpdate: My fight for justice continues — and your support is making progress happen

I wanted to share an honest update about what’s been happening behind the scenes.

I’ve continued reaching out for accountability from Norwegian Cruise Line, but despite my repeated emails, they have not replied. Even worse, when I tried to share my story and petition on Reddit — including in a community related to NCL — my posts were repeatedly removed. It’s deeply discouraging to see my voice silenced again, just for trying to tell the truth.

But there is progress.

I recently spoke with a Florida senator’s office, and they have begun reviewing my situation and the legal loophole that prevents survivors like me from taking action after one year under U.S. maritime law. It’s still early stages, but for the first time, it feels like I’m finally being heard.

Your support has made this possible — truly.

Every single signature is helping open doors, bring attention, and make lawmakers listen.

We’re now at 38,632 signatures, and I’m asking everyone to share this petition one more time. Please post, email, text, or tell just one person about it.

Let’s keep going until we reach 50,000 signatures — that milestone will help me take this issue to government level and show them that this matters to thousands of people worldwide.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for standing beside me in this fight for justice, accountability, and change. 💜

Please share and help this petition grow — together we can make this law impossible to ignore.
