I want to stop the council charging me a vulnerable disabled person with Autism, the government and subsequent council have decided to now charge us and others who are not OAP's but of working age but unable to work.  Other NHS patients who require care people especially those with multiple disabilities should not now be taxed. Whilst I am unable to physically work, I will pay as much as I can afford, nobody likes to live off the state especially me, but sometimes some people are unable to work due to having an unfortunate disability.    I write this in the hope that people will support me and the most vulnerable of society.  So we can stand up for people like me against council tax increases homelessness crisis no fault evictions stated under shelter.org  of this nature.  This Tory Government never told the people of the UK about these increases or that they would be TAXING the SICK and VUNERABLE to an would making people homeless under section 21s and hiking rents and giving no social banding to get on the social properties ladder,  So this Government especially Bury Council get additional council tax support money when they never seem to put money back into Bury services they come back to me an say we can't do this we can't support you we can't do this to help you they signed that transitional deal but false pretences said actually we cant supoort you u habe to bid on properties u cant habe in your area u need when its a requirement for autism Asperger's especially when ur under medicines.

It's about time THE PEOPLE of Bury Manchester stand up an say reduce Council Tax, increase council tax support allowances for the most needy and allow the support for disabled autism Asperger's ibd an health condition people we have a unfinished contract duty of care act and homeless on top of bills has pushed us all to poverty line I I get penuts compared to a job and ive never been offered a job being so disabled.   This increase  on young renters like myself at 18 to now currently 25 will have an impact as it will leave us with no money to survive on.  Living with ADHD, Autism, Scoliosis and Proctitus there is never gonna be an employer willing to employ me till 2030 under current leaderships with no options by councils an governments.  So please help me stop Bury Council an governments from charging vunerable people helping people of homeless get social housing we was lead to believe we would get we can do this please support me do this,  going from £0 council tax to £21.44 is money that I/we just don't have.. this was money rent arrears We thought we would get from councils We had to delve from own family pocket I have housing problems  We need special diets, we see nutrientists and GP's and other services which we have to travel for, if we don't eat properly as we cannot afford food due to council tax an homelessness and increases rents have gone up 1000% folds and benefit reductions, we will end up more ill, living on the streets or dying and no where to go
