Perjuring Priest Bob Malm Served Additional Court Documents

Yesterday, on Ascension Day, perjuring priest Bob Malm was served Requests for Admission, or RFAs.

What are RFAs? They are part of the pre-trial discovery process, in which parties to a lawsuit direct questions to the other, seeking to narrow and clarify the issues at hand.

Most states allow 35 RFAs as of right, meaning you don’t have to go to court to get permission.

Predictably enough, my RFAs focus on Bob Malm’s various fabrications and his manipulative behavior.

They’re also likely to prove problematic for Bob, as several of the issues are readily provable. On the one hand, if he lies, he likely will find himself in hot water in record time. And information he provides may be used against him and his family members in the three other court cases now pending, as well as the case against The Episcopal Diocese of Virginia and Bishop Susan “No Jail, No Ethics Issue” Goff.

On the other hand, if perjuring priest tells the truth, his ugly conduct is documented for all the world to see.
