BREAKING: Perjuring Priest Bob Malm Sued for More Than $375,000

Over the past several years, I have repeatedly warned the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia and Bishop Susan Goff that if they were not prepared to deal with Bob Malm’s perjury, I would do so in a court of law.

With the diocese still saying that perjury is okay for its clergy as long as they are not convicted, today I made good on my warnings. I filed suit in Fairfax County Circuit Court for abuse of process and the intentional infliction of emotional distress. Damages requested exceed $375,000 and are sought from Bob in his individual capacity.. The suit focuses heavily on Bob Malm’s perjury, in writing, under oath, while advised by church attorney Jeff “Sugarland” Chiow. The latter earned his moniker due to his inclusion in his church filings of references to an imaginary church shooting in the fictional town of “Sugarland Texas.”
