I would like to share my story with you it's important that its addressed and the members of the public are aware that people are still targeted because of their disabilities and mental health issues       

I live at home with my mum and dad and two younger brothers we all have a range of disabilities and mental health issues    we live in a housing association property and early on this year  one of our neighbours they went  to the housing and making false accusations about me to them saying that i was taking pictures of her and her young children this can be proven that this a false statement       then my mum got a phone call from an housing officer saying that they have had a report from one of our neighbours that your son has been taking pictures of her and her young children and that she doesn't want to take it further but just ask us to phone you to ask him to stop doing this and they said that i was doing this on CCTV but  the report that our neighbour made was done two weeks before we put any cctv to protect our property.     

I raised a complaint with them about the way they handled this, and they basically turned around and said that nothing has been done by your neighbour and she just wants to leave her alone I told them that I have not done anything to her I've always been kind and helpful to her so I can't understand why she would be acting like this to me and when I asked what are going to do about this they would never get back to me and kept saying for not to contact them again   

I when though the complaints procedures to get this addressed and all they kept doing was upholding the complaints and she hasn't done anything wrong I have got copies of all the e-mail they have sent and what i have said them and I also have evidence of the anti-social behaviour and they know this and we were told to log everything we did that, and they still are saying that she hasn't done anything wrong to us     

She has targeted me because she knows that I’m very vulnerable and I cannot help feeling preyed upon due to my anxiety and autism. 

She has taken my kind nature and has caused me much anguish and unnecessary stress.

 

 

This has affected the whole family and ever since this has happened my brother who is very autistic, he’s been very heightened and hasn’t been able to calm down because he doesn’t know what’s going to happen next 

all we want is for her to leave us alone and to stop victimising us and bullying us and making up for is accusations to the housing

 

 

She has already had a warning from the police about her behaviour through email on the form of words of advice this keeps happening and then it will calm down for two months or so and then she will restart again 

 

i am hoping with your support i can go back to the housing and make them listen to take action and hopefully the press will take this on Aswell
