I would like to explain my absence and what may seem like a lack of action with this petition. Unfortunately, I suffered a number of setbacks in July. The main one being the findings of the DNA testing. The findings were inconclusive. I am so grateful to everyone who supported this and for all donations received. I raised half the money needed for the initial testing. I still have to pay the other £1,500.
This amongst a couple of other disappointments, which I am not able to disclose at this point, led to me having to take a break in order to be able to continue fighting. I have been fighting for over six years and up till this summer, incessantly. These fights are exhausting, emotionally draining and take a long, long time.
I am now back and full of renewed determination! I have started a new petition;

Now Parliament has resumed, I will take this to them as soon as I have sufficient signatures.
