First case finally gets to court

This is such a key case and hopefully will be ground breaking for many, many cases, mine included. it has taken years of fighting by the victim and her lawyer. The accused claims to be in bad health. Many of those who hold answers are of advanced age. Once they are no longer with us, they take the answers with them. These delays are not acceptable.
