Tipping Point - What is going to be decided with ugly Torpedo Factory hulk.

Torpedo Factory despite more than 1033 petition signatures and Council resolving strongly for it not to be a car park the Trust appear to be trying to keep it for as a carpark to help lease business park.

Public land should be FOR for much needed recreational open space and NOT for commercial business units to be a cash cow to Trust Properties. 

There must be a better way to fund our amazing waterfront parks than commercialisation.
