An opportunity to do something spectacular.

But it looks like it will be a HUGE missed opportunity for Sydney. This prime PUBLIC Crown land should be for the public and not given over to commercial business offices. 

Sydney needs exciting recreational spaces to encourage active outdoor recreation like kayaking, rock climbing, swimming and kicking a ball. But the Harbour Trust keeps to the one plan of 2003 and hopes to get businesses to pay the rent. Cafes, restaurants and kayak businesses etc would happily pay rent but only IF it was going to be community related activities not business related.
