My sister PFC .Asia Graham was sexually assaulted while she was still alive and serving inside our u.s military. She passed away dec 31 2020 inside of the army barracks. An army solider dying  on u.s soil due to neglectful command. We got justice for my sister after her death the year following. From the time she came forward to the time of his sentencing  multiple women who came forward about Christan  Alvarado my sister and the mother to a disabled child got a guilty verdict. I learned a few days ago that they gave him a release date of dec 10, 2025. NO NOTIFICATION no hearing notice. Instead we almost got tricked with his appeals being denied to overlook at the attempt to free him. the mother of the disabled child was assaulted while her kid was crying in the other room. This individual dose not deserve to walk streets ever, but specially not only 4 years when his sentence was 18 with no parole. No amount of good behavior will bring my sister back. My son will never be able to hear his aunt say "i love you".
