Help keep a Sexual Offender behind bars:
The Issue
In July 2025, I became a victim of a sexual assault that I didn't even realize had happened until I watched the surveillance footage from my home. On that unfortunate day, Trey Fisher, a known repeat sexual offender, let himself into my home. He preyed upon my vulnerability, taking advantage of my defenseless, sleeping body by touching my private parts and reaching up my dress. After committing such a violation, he didn't stop there. He robbed both my roommate and me of cherished, collectable, and personal items, all of which was captured on video. You can see Trey struggling between whether he should do the wrong or right thing with my unconscious body, and he evidently chose the wrong thing and i had to testify against him at a parole review after he violated his community supervision conditions. The petition would help ensure that people like trey Fisher, stay locked up in prisions and/or facilities that help predators and mentally ill individuals to be contained and locked away from general population in the free world.
Trey Fisher is not an isolated case; he has a long and worrisome history of targeting younger women. His pattern of behavior is clear and demonstrates a significant danger to the community. Sadly, this behavior is not rare for him, and now, unbelievably, he is eligible for parole in July 2026.
Statistics show that repeat sexual offenders have a higher likelihood of reoffending, which endangers more lives. According to a report by the Bureau of Justice Statistics, sexual offenders are four times more likely to be arrested for another crime after release compared to non-sex offenders.
Given this alarming reality, it is paramount for the safety of our community that we take action. Trey Fisher, with his documented and dangerous tendencies, poses a significant threat to society if granted parole.
