Wizards of The Coast’s (WoTC) game, Magic The Gathering: Arena, has a particular bug that has affected over 2000 people that they refuse to fix. To progress and stay on par with other players in the game, you have to complete daily quests to unlock new decks to play with. I, along with many others, have their timers stuck at 00:00:00, and have had them like that since AUGUST of 2021. This doesnt sound like a big deal, until you realize that I, along with many others, have put a lot of money into their accounts (whether through online purchases, or redeeming deck codes from real life decks, which can only be redeemed once) only to find they cant progress without spending money on the game! WoTC has acknowledged this issue, and said they have no intentions of fixing this issue! They are okay with taking your money, and leaving you stranded, with no way to contact support other than support tickets that constantly get ignored. Ive taken further steps to fix this, such as sending in a formal complaint to the Washington State Attorney General’s office, in which Wizards responded by saying an update would be released that would fix the issue in November of 2021, this update did nothing. I reopened the complaint later, only to see that WoTC didn’t respond, and my case was closed. Im debating a class action lawsuit against Wizards of The Coast, and i need people to back me up, so please sign! Help me hold greedy companies like Wizards of The Coast accountable!
