I wanted to let you know during our continued mission to get #JusticeforJustonRoot ( www.JustonRoot.com ) we participated in a family led rally that was planned and organized mostly by impacted families.  The event took place at the Washington Monument in DC, this past weekend on August 28, 2021.  

Now that we are back home and settling in, we have two goals:

1.) Raise Juston's petition to 50K signatures - MA Attorney General Maura Healey met with us back in April 2021- since then she has taken NO ACTION, she needs to appoint an independent investigation NOW!  

2.) Asking the question below, gather 100K signatures in each state across the United States- please help us share the link- takes a few seconds - your help will make a difference!:

Before Juston was executed to death, I had no idea that the police investigate themselves! This is not #transparent, this is not #impartial - We cannot get to #accountability without changing this!

Attached is a picture of the photo installation that was set up at the Washington Monument in DC August 28, 2021. 

#JustonRoot's picture was among the 300 images of people killed by law enforcement, each placed on one empty seat.  All three hundred families (over 450 family members) came from all over the county to the Washington Monument in DC on August 28, 2021.
