Together we've got over 4K signatures on this Petition.  We are almost half way to our goal of 10K.  We hope by the end of the weekend the petition will reach 5K.   

Next month it will be ONE YEAR since law enforcement executed Juston on Feb. 7th.  Despite the passage of more than eleven months since he was killed, the Boston Police Department (BPD) has yet to issue a report on their investigation.  A rational explanation for the failure to issue their report is that the investigation has uncovered facts that are inconvenient to the BPD and the officers involved.   The delay in issuing their investigative report appears designed to protect the BPD and the individual offices police rather than to reveal the truth with respect to the circumstances surrounding Juston’s killing.

Attached is a picture of the final scene, it's a small space- you see Juston on ground- with the former EMT by his side, the next picture- you can see how CLOSE they were to Juston.  The picture above with all the yellow evidence tent cards, most of those are for bullet casings- most casings fly back 6 ft from where the firearm was discharged- this further illustrates just how close they were to Juston.  Unconscionable!

It is beyond unacceptable for there to be no head way to having this case reopened for an independent investigation.  We are ramping up in the coming weeks- stay tuned
