I am taking my family to court for the rights to my mom’s dogs. I am hopefully moving out soon. It scares me to leave them because I am there caretaker. I’m with them 24/7. I take them on walks, I make sure they have food and water, I take them to the vet. My mom doesn’t spend any time with them. They are also My ESA animals via my psychiatrist. I put them out to use the bathroom. I clean it up when they have accidents or puke. But it would kill me if I have to leave them behind. I know they won’t get taken care of.
