Help get justice for Carter haithcock

The Issue

Carter haithcock was hit and killed in nashwauk MN on July 4th 2024 Cindy Martin hit him and left him to lay in the road to die she stopped then fled the scene the next morning she calls and reports she thought she hit a owl while being impaired because of  a prescription medication she has not gotten jail time and has not owned up to her actions we need justice for cater and his family and for Cindy Martin to be held accountable and be put behind bars
