They want to keep Shadi in prison

We are keeping this petition open for now given these recent developments.

At the recent military court session, the Court ruled that Shadi and the other children be released to “house arrest”. The Israeli Attorney-General immediately appealed the decision. Shadi and the other children remain in prison pending the outcome of this appeal.

His grandmother Samia said:

“I was hoping that Shadi will be with us on the 24th and will make my 89th birthday extra special.  But it was not meant to be,  as the occupation continues to deprive us even of the glimpse of hope that we hold on. “

She added:

“I hope you will continue to hold Shadi and all the children in your prayers, especially during this Holy season.  With deep appreciation for your support of our just cause.”

Let’s maintain this drive until we see Shadi and all other Palestinian child prisoners free.
