The US Embassy in Kuwait sent the fallowing visit report, sad part is if I don't ask for an update they don't even bother letting us know how is Jermaine doing.US Embassy: We last saw Mr. Rogers at the Central Prison on March 14.  During the
visit, he seemed to be healthy and in good spirits.  He has been
exercising and eating healthy, and even trains some of the other inmates
and prison guards. Regarding his case, we shared with him that he will be eligible to bring
has case before Kuwait's Court of Cassation in June for his final chance
at appealing his sentence.  It's possible to move the date earlier, but
his lawyer will need to help him push for that.

This Jermaine last chance to a fair trial so please we are begging you to share the petition, call the Department of State, email your Senator/State representative, keep praying for Jermaine to come home at this point anything can and will help give Jermaine a chance to a fair trial.
