The US Embassy in Kuwait haven't visit Jermaine in almost a year, when I asked them why this was their response.

"We requested to see Jermaine on our August 9 visit, and the prison officials told us that they informed him but he declined. We cannot force U.S. citizens to meet with us if they choose not to, and it is not uncommon for prisoners to decline our visits for a number of reasons."

This is not the 1st time that the Embassy informed us that Jermaine has declined their visit. Jermaine is waiting on a court day and need the US Embassy to ask the Kuwait prison officials when will this take place since we been waiting for a year. Jermaine is waiting on the Embassy representative to ask for assistance therefore declining their visit will not be something he will do. How can the embassy ensure that Jermaine is not being abused mentally or physically if they cant even ask to see him in person????

We haven't received an official report from the Embassy in regards of Jermaine's health. 

Please continue to share the petition so we can get some answers in regards of Jermaine situation and next court date.
