Senator Richard Blumenthal wrote a letter on October 4, 2016 to the Honorable John Kerry Secretary of State. In this letter Senator Blumenthal explained Jermaine Rogers case to the Secretary of State and asked for his office “to investigate and demand fair and equitable treatment of Mr. Rogers by Kuwaiti Official in accordance with bilateral agreements and norms of international law”.
