There's a perverse Federal failure, by several Federal Agencies (Dept. of Justice, GSA, NCMEC, & U.S. Postal Service) to manage and operate the two major help find Missing Children "NATIONAL PROGRAMS" (the GSA Missing Child Notice Program & the NALC/USPS CHILD ALERT PROGRAM).  A West Coast based, public supported, charity discovered this fact, and Senator Barbara Boxer (CA) agreed to open an "formal inquiry" into our discovery and accusations.  We need a public supported petition sent to Barbara Boxer (or any U.S. Senator for that matter) that demonstrates the public's support to have these already established National Programs fixed so they function at the level of efficiency they are intended and as their written directions describe.
