Good evening and sorry it's been a bit since I last posted. Now that we are here in 2024 we have to get ready for changes in this crazy voting year.  Already I have been informed that the land next to Olives was up for sale in December of 2023, and purchased. The deal is currently still in escrow and we are not allowed to know the buyer at this time. 

Now after a few discussions, I think that National Core is in a "Holding Pattern" until after the elections to see who will get the 5th district seat. I am looking to see how this will go for the time being. I know that Kathyrn Barger has helped on the 740 Project but could have helped the folks in Claremont with their housing issue. 

So, I will be going to many of the candidates' "Meet and Greet" or "Debates" or whatever to get an Idea as to their positions.
