I'm sure you've all seen the news today, our energy bills are increasing by 13.5% from July to September. The good news is that this is when we're using the least energy, the bad news is that it looks like there is a further, smaller increase coming in October-December which is when we all start thinking about switching on the heating again!

Moreover, if you're still on a variable tariff, please look at the second link above and move to a fixed rate tariff! You can save over £200 a year just by switching, which is no small sum.
