Ofgem have a consultation open on requiring suppliers to offer low standing charge tariffs, to help give consumers more choice. I've written my response and sent it to Ofgem, now it's your turn. All the detail are in the top link, including a copy of the response I sent, so please do get involved. The consultation closes at midnight tonight, so please send your response now if you want Ofgem to hear your opinion. 

I've also included links for price comparison sites for energy deals, winter is on the way and the price cap has just gone up, so I recommend securing your energy deal as soon as possible to reduce your energy costs over the colder months.
