ACTION REQUIRED: Respond To Ofgem's closing consultation

Second one of the year guys. Ofgem's consultation on operating costs, debt allowances and their announcement on not reducing standing charges all came in one document this time. 

The deadline for response (on the debt-allowances part at least) is tomorrow evening, so please get your responses in quickly. The link at the top gives a quick run through of the key points and gives you the details of how to reply to Ofgem and it gives you my exact response. Please spend 5-10 minutes giving it a read so you understand what's happening and then email Ofgem with your thoughts.
