Hi everyone,
Sorry, there is a lot going on here today, so I'll keep this bit short and sweet. For you 350,000 people on this petition, the most important thing I need to ask you to do is read the open letter I've sent of Ofgem today (see above) and send it on to them as well please. We have been more than patient, we have waited long enough for them to do the right thing, now it's time to start forcing their hand!
Secondly, there is a response to the SMNCC working paper as well, this needs to be sent to Ofgem by midnight tomorrow if you want to get involved.

And finally, there's a link to a switching platform for energy, it's been really encouraging seeing so many people switch to a fixed rate tariff over the last week or so. If you haven't switched yet, please have a look and remember that your prices are going up by 10% in October and they will rise again in January and most likely again in April... the only way to avoid these increases is to move to a FIXED rate tariff as soon as possible, please don't wait until October because the fixed tariffs will not be as good as they are today.
