Sorry for the early update, I was working late last night to get some content done before the weekend. 

I'm going to be posting video updates intermittently as the project progresses, to keep you informed of what is going into the report and why. This video discusses how the severe lack of regulation of the business energy supply industry led to some businesses seeing standing charges jump from 40p per day to £20 per day, and how others were tricked into signing 3 year contract deals at prices that were sky high.
