Hi everyone, 

I just wanted to let you know that this Sunday I'll be taking part in the London Landmark Half Marathon to raise money for King's College Hospital Charity, which is the charity responsible for raising funds for King's College Hospital. In the blog post above I talk about why I'm running, how you can show support/donate and how you can track me on race day :D 

I'm so grateful to everyone that has donated so far, it's not too late to donate if you're interested in showing your support, even if it's just a spare £1, I'd be so appreciative. That being said, I know we're in a cost of living crisis, so please do not donate if you cannot afford it, there is no pressure. 

If you'd like to keep track of my run, please download the London Landmarks Half Marathon app, you can track me using my running number 4941, I start running at 09:32 and aim to be done between 11:30 and 12:00. I'll be posting updates on my facebook, youtube and twitter pages (either Richard Winstone or TheRegulatorGuy) so feel free to follow me on those pages to keep up-to-date too. I'll also post another blog next week to talk about the run. 

Thank you again everyone, I really appreciate everything you've all done for me over the last 2 years, the support you've shown for our energy work has been insane and I know we'll continue to make a huge difference over the coming year in a variety of ways.
