Ofgem Consult on increasing the price cap again

Richard Winstone - The Regulator Guy new youtube channel
Ofgem's latest consultation explained
Hi everyone,
Happy New Year! I know I'm a little late with that, but these are the first two videos I've posted this year.
The first link above is to my new youtube channel, I'll be running this in my own time, it's going to be less focussed on the over-50s specifically and more targetted at all of the consultation and regulation work I do, as well as a little more on my life from time to time. If you want to take control of this financial crisis we're in and start moving regulators in the right direction, or if you're just interested in seeing what I'm up to, click the first link above and subscribe to my new channel please.
The second link above is a video explanation of Ofgem's latest consultation on increasing the price cap to cover bad debt costs in the industry. Unfortunately, they went against what we said again and it looks as though they will be increasing the cap from April 2024.
The third link is my response to Ofgem on this consultation. Feel free to give it a read and to send it or your own thoughts to Ofgem, the details are at the top of the article.
I'll be sending another one tomorrow hopefully, so keep an eye out as the deadline is tomorrow, so we'll have little time to send in our response. Sorry for the delay on all of this, a lot has been happening this end.
Thanks everyone, see you soon.
