Morning everyone!

Apologies for the poor production value on this video, I'm ill and away on holiday celebrating my birthday, but thought this was an important video to do prior to the cap changes tomorrow. 

Effectively there are 2 changes, only one of the affects us, the other is just an illustrative change, I explain a bit better in the video above.
