Ofgem consumer standards statutory consultation

Hi everyone,

I'm sorry this is late, today is the last day we can reply to this consultation so if you want to get in contact with Ofgem about their consultation then please do so today. They're consulting on improving customer service standards. The video above is my repsonse, I've decided to try a video response rather than a written one, hoping this is an easier way to respond to ofgem consultations going forward.

Effectively, I'm happy with any amendments Ofgem want to make to improve customer services, it's needed. My biggest issue is that I dont think they're being firm enough or prescriptive enough with minimum standards. So I've said that in the video. 

I'll be posting another video Friday, we'll have the price cap announcement being launched as well as decisions being made on other consultations that we've engaged in. I'll post on here again Friday morning once I've read the documents and done the video.
