Ofgem Responds to our Excessive Profit Reallocation Charge request

Hi everyone,

Ofgem have responded to our request for an Excessive Profit Reallocation Charge. The response came from Interim Director for Markets, Neil Kenward, and effectively says no. He goes as far as to claim that the price cap allows "a modest profit margin". Obviously, I wasn't overly happy with that response and I have replied with a series of questions that I feel need answering.
