Take control by getting involved with the Ofgem consultations

Hi everyone,

As I discussed in a previous update and video, we will be working to improve the energy market together by getting involved in more consultations that Ofgem post. To do that, I decided it would be a good idea to post videos of each consultation I think we should respond to, simplifying the complicated documents Ofgem posts and explaining the changes that they are proposing. I will then explain my thoughts and the response I will be sending and I will give you instructions on how you can respond to Ofgem on each consultation.
