A call for help and the latest Ofgem correspondence
Hi Everyone,
Two bits to update you on today. Firstly, I want to ask you all to share this video as much as possible, it's me explaining what we're trying to do here and asking people to sign the petition. Please share it on social media, via email or any way you can, or just share links to this petition, we need to get the momentum back before handing in the petition next month. Secondly, I said I'd keep you updated with correspondence with Ofgem, well they haven't replied to the letter we sent back in January, so I've sent a chaser. Below is the link to the full letter I sent Ofgem.
We're hoping for an announcement soon on the changes to the profit calculation, which I'm hoping will be a reduction in the amount they can charge! As soon as that happens I'll post another update video and let you know what's happening.
