Price cap announcement and next steps to the petition

Hi Everyone,

I've done a quick video to provide an update rather than doing lengthy written articles, just trying this as a new format so hopefully I'll improve at making videos over the coming weeks and can provide more regular updates!

Finally, in the video I mention us all contacting Martin Lewis next week sometime to gather more attention for the petition. I'm going to send round another update tomorrow with the exact message, time and date that we'll be doing this, so keep your eyes open for that.
