People are dying from neglect and most people are unaware. I need everyone's help. We need a protocol put in place how police departments are to help people coming in that are going through withdrawals. If someone asks for medical help they get it. My daughter who had never been in jail before got arrested on Friday on Old warrants. She was in a certain Police department for 4 days. She asked for them to please call an ambulance she was denied. She was uncontrollably vomiting non-stop even in her sleep. After day or so they didn't even come in and clean up the vomit anymore it was left there and she was left in vomit covered clothing for 4 days without the option to shower. That is Neglect. I understand that this is seen by police staff on a daily basis and they're hardened to it. But that's not fair that's discrimination addict or not that is still somebody's daughter son mother father sister brother and they are  loved very much. And I promise you there is a family member that's praying every night they find themselves and get clean. They need to imagine if that was their child there and treat that inmate accordingly. People are dying all over because they are being denied medical assistance with withdrawals. This is absolutely ridiculous that this is happening people should not be losing their life over something that is so easily fixable.Help me get attention to this problem.
