As a constituent of the United States of America, I hereby request that the board of directors at Black Pine Animal Sanctuary (BPAS) does not cut off the balls of Elvis the Tiger, also an act known as castrating or neutering.
Collectively, we will uphold you to the laws regarding the protections of any animal on the ESA list that you might cause harm too.
Notice of Intent to Sue under the Federal Endangered Species Act

Neutering or spaying a Tiger or any other endangered animal falls under the word "Take" "to harm or harass or kill" as neutering will in fact harm the species and harm and harass them by not allowing them to take part in natural behavior of breeding, and species-specific behaviors, depriving them of needed hormones and the ability to maintain a healthy body weight.

To neuter a wild endangered species is beyond ridiculous. They are not pets, they are being held in captivity by Carole Baskin for her sick persuits of trying to look like she cares when really all she is doing is endangering tigers further.
