Help Change Local Spay and Neuter Laws

The Issue

As advocates for animal welfare, we are striving to drive change in spay and neuter laws.

Therefore, we urgently need the support of our community to push for these critical changes. Not only does spaying and neutering provide medical benefits for your beloved pets, but it also plays a crucial role in curbing the cycle of overpopulation, abuse, and neglect that our furry friends face.

Together, we can make a difference and ensure a brighter and healthier future for all dogs.

The current animal welfare situation in Pahrump, and indeed across our nation, is distressing!

Every year, an alarming number of pets are euthanized. More so, the sight of stray dogs being dumped found starving, and terrified or drawn into horrific fights has become a dreadful reality.

One key solution to stem this tragic tide lies in the proliferation of spay and neuter programs.

Notably, these programs do not only benefit our communities by curbing animal overpopulation, and exposure to parvo but also strongly promote the health of our pets.

According to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), spaying and neutering pets can significantly cut the risk of certain types of cancers and infections.

Undeniably, we MUST implore our regulators to enforce stricter spay and neuter laws!

This needs to be done at our local county commissioners meeting, Tuesday December 17th 10:00 am we don't know when this particular subject will be discussed so please keep your schedule open and plan to be there for the day!

The meeting will be held at the Commissioner's offices (Calvada Eye)

2100 Walt Williams Dr, Pahrump, NV 89048

Title 6, which is about animal laws, is up for amendment.

Public is welcomed and ENCOURAGED we need to show up in volumes to change and speak for animal rights in Pahrump not just spay and neuter.

This stride would greatly enhance animal welfare, reduce animal homelessness, and eventually reduce the unfortunate occurrence of euthanasia.

PLEASE Recognize our pets' rights to better health and life; endorse this campaign for stricter spay and neuter laws in Pahrump and across America. Please, sign this petition.
