Caregiving may be one of the most thankless jobs in the world. Because of the disrespect that the profession presents and the obstacles it creates in the caregiver's everyday lives. By forming a Caregiver's Union, we are creating a safe, helpful, and justified supportive family for caregiver's. A protective umbrella to provide fair, equal, and unbiased treatment from all parties involved,complete and full benefits, and full protection from all corruption that they may incur from dishonesty from either party involved.

The Caregiver's Union will establish and implement a Bill of Rights that will set standards to improve the conditions under which caregiver's work. It will provide equal rights to caregiver's such as; PTO, affordable care, proper compensation, professional Mental health and support groups, mileage reimbursement, and more.

The Union will strive to provide caregiver's with a full and comprehensive benefit plan. This would include; Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Mental, 401(k), and ect. These will improve living conditions for caregiver's and allow them to be able to focus more on giving proper care to their clients. 

For all of these reasons we are requesting that the government allows caregiver's to unionize and acknowledge the Caregiver's Union so that they can bargain with agencies to receive better working conditions.
