This Family have been going through a False Proceeding in Hillsborough County Tampa,Fl and have reached out to all media outlets as well as Legal Attorneys across the Bay Area for Legal Representation. They have followed every legal aspect to solve this matter before going to the media and now We are asking the community and people for help in getting Justice for this Family who have endured Humilation and Grief for over 10 months now alone and now have decided to reach out to the public for some help. They never received protocol procedures due process according to DCF protocol, These children were uprooted and removed from their home at 4 o'clock in the morning out of their sleep. Only to be succumbed to the "broken system" (words of DA Jennifer Johnson) sleeping in cars for days without bathes, proper food, housing or appropriate placement. They were instead exposed to more hazardous conditions as well as trauma.

No view of Josiyah's body. The family never identified Josiyah's corpse that was on ice for merely a month. No Death Certificate. No Obituary. No Funeral. No Immediate and Maternal Family was contacted. His remains were retrieved by his maternal aunt in ashes and dreads.

Medical Professionals denied Josiyah proper medical care and neglected the fact that this child had a clotting disorder. They decided neglectfully to take him from home to Brandon Regional where they Than decided to Airtrans him to The elected nonprofit Hospital. Where the conducted an Exploratory exam that lead to him bleeding out.

One of the Maternal aunts already have partial custody of One of the children. The same aunt that has been denied custody of the other children. Yet, have been attending all Guardian visits with her nephews and nieces. Got a 3 bedroom as she was told, sabotaged her career to adhere to the misleading rules and stipulations to house the rest of the children. She have been lied upon and falsely accused on numerous occassions by The GAL- (Rachel Deerkatz) to deem the reason she cannot get the other children at the moment. Which in 10 months every single accusation have been found to be not true with malicious and ill intent by the GAL to discredit The Aunt at all proceedings. 

On Oct. 22, 2020 Jaquista's boyfriend (Tyrone Covington)beat her son to death with a belt while she was out of the home occupied by a locksmith removing keys from a car. Once arriving in the Home she ("Realized her son WASN'T breathing correctly and convulsing she Immediately Called 911." Words of Gloria Gomez of Fox 13 news-Tampa) The boyfriend thought he was having a seizure and put him in the tub and ran water on Him as Jaquista is on the Phone with 911 he began CPR.

She has 6 other kids that were Not in harm's way, not neglected, not abused, not abandoned, not malnourished, not anything Except sleep.

The next Day October 23, 2020 Mrs. Williams is in Labor giving Birth to her 8th Child. Who was taken after birth at Brandon Regional Hospital. Meanwhile, Josiyah is in St.Pete at John's Hopkins Hospital. Alive. In Surgery pronounced Dead at 12:01pm. (Medical Examiner Sally Smith)

January after a Minor misunderstanding of Why this man was yet to be arrested the family began to ask questions. 

After Realizing this Family was reaching out to other Florida Department Officials from Internal Affairs, The General Attorney as well as The Inspector General. This Organization - Guardian of Litem and CPI Theresa Fleming dehumanized, demoralized and tampered with evidence Against The mother and Victim's of this case trying to Criminalize Her and her 14 year old son with accusations that were slanderous, inappropriate and demeaning.

FALSE STATEMENTS, ASSUMPTIONS, INVESTIGATORS OPINIONS AND BELIEFS, HAVE NOT WITHHELD THE LAW AND ARE USING ILLEGAL PROCESSING, FALSIFIED DOCUMENTS, CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE AND STATEMENTS. Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office used Harassing and Threating tactics to gain No factual evidence on wrong doing.

She never got to hold her newborn daughter while at the same time trying to cope with the death of her 8 year old son who was autistic and didnt deserve the corporal punishment, brutal and malicious beating this Merciless man caused him and The Turmoil and Humilation he left this Family in by his actions because Josiyah accidentally locked some keys in a car.

As of Feburary 22, 2021 Quintyn Robinson age 15 now, 14 when he went missing. After communicating with his Aunt's that he was being taken advantage of by workers at the home he was being held in. Judge Cynthia Oster ordered his phone be taken. Quintyn has been missing shortly after ever since.
