Let's be honest, it's been far too long since the last Herbie movie. While "Herbie Fully Loaded" was an okay movie, it didn't have the spirit of the original films. With old franchises such as "Ghostbusters" "That 70's Show" and "Indiana Jones" returning it only seems fair that The Love Bug makes a return. I have thought of a new series called "The Love Bug: Survival of the Fittest." The plot revolves around Herbie trying to find his place in the world as many aspects of his life change before his eyes. A new cast of characters related to the originals will try to help or destroy Herbie and his friends. I have completed two scripts for the series, and am working on more. I would love for my idea to become a reality.
