Hello to whomever is reading this. My name is Holly and I am 19 years old. You may be wondering… who is this Holly person and why do I care what they have to say? Well, I ask you to stick with me on this one because we have a real issue on our hands. And it doesn’t just affect me. It affects everyone. I have been a customer at Olive Garden’s fine establishment for almost all my life. I often remember the good times spent there with my mother growing up. Ah. Those were the days. The days when Olive Garden still had the trust of a loyal and valued customer. But that trust was ripped away when they decided to discontinue the beloved and critically acclaimed appetizer… Risotto Bites. Now you may be asking yourself… Why? Why would Olive Garden choose to get rid of such a tasty item? And right you are to ask that question. I asked myself that very question years ago when I sat down ready to order my favorite appetizer and discovered that it was no longer anywhere to be found on the menu. The simple question. Why? Upon further research, Olive Garden claims that they are always trying to keep their menu “new and exciting.” However, this does not make sense. A majority of the other menu items have remained unchanged over the years. And if Risotto Bites are loved by so many, why haven’t they ever been brought back? Surely, that would be a “new and exciting” announcement. I can see the headlines now… “After years, it’s finally here! The moment you’ve been waiting for! The return of everyone’s favorite appetizer, Risotto Bites!” Imagine the happiness it will bring. So, please. This is why I ask you to sign my petition. You can make a difference.
