Update on the petition of Lak (Bobby): 
Caring for community cats brings deep heartache when laws fail to protect the animals we love. Lak’s feeder has spent three months crying and worrying daily, bearing the heavy emotional toll of a caregiver with no legal safeguards. It is a lonely, discouraging path.

Thus, we need your help to sign the petition.

Who is that rescuer?? 
Y he so heartless dont want to return Lak (Boddy)? 
Y he took him away? 
What is the reasons he dont want to return? 
Is so sad Lak cant go home. How then can let him go home? 
Mayb ask feeder to pay the fees incurred then he will return him? 
How many signatures needed then he will return Lak? 
Feeder spoke to him? Got ask him to return? 
If feeder want to keep him indoor n adopt him. y he still dont want to return?
