Having lived with ALS for over a decade, I have personally experienced the excruciating waiting game for a treatment that could potentially change my life. Like many others, I have invested my own resources, traveling frequently to Washington, D.C., pleading with the powers that be for access to NurOwn, only to be met with delay after delay. Meanwhile, tens of thousands have succumbed to ALS, waiting for the breakthrough that never comes.

Time and again, I have witnessed the incompetence of Chaim Lebovits as CEO of Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics. His leadership has failed us, leaving patients and families with nothing but hollow promises. We cannot afford to wait any longer while lives are lost. NurOwn represents hope, and yet, under current leadership, that hope continues to slip away from our grasp. Chaim has been responsible for the company's market cap shrinking from roughly $1B, to less than $5M! that is roughly a 99% loss! Why has he been allowed to continue?

We need active, competent leadership that prioritizes the well-being of ALS patients over corporate stagnation. It is imperative that the Board of Directors takes immediate action to remove Chaim Lebovits. In doing so, they can pave the way for leadership that is truly invested in fast-tracking NurOwn.
