HELP A PUPPY GET HOME

HELP A PUPPY GET HOME
The Issue
After losing our apartment and having to start all over again, without much luck finding help, we went to Cara’s House-Ascension Parish Shelter not knowing what to do.
Not knowing how to ask for help, I told a story, saying he was missing knowing it was breaking my heart , that I now regret, but then the lovely lady I was speaking to asked me again what happened because she knew that wasn’t the case.
I told her the truth that my partner and I recently lost our home and we’re really just looking for someone willing to help look after him for a few months while we got back on our feet.
They accepted and I went to work. I started working as much as humanly possible.
As soon as I got to a more suitable stable place and with a steady job, check my email seeing that they reached out and I responded.
I reached out to the shelter and they said they didn’t have him. . I called 24Petwatch they said they do have him. I called the rescue again and they said they have him but are in an adoption process and refuse to return him to the rightful owner. Devistated I called 24PetWatch and was told to report it.
I’m not sure what to do besides keep working hard and keep fighting for my baby.
To My Baby Boy: Growing up is hard, I’m still growing up. I’m sorry that I didn’t learn how to ask for help sooner. It’s always been a struggle and I’ve always wanted to do everything on my own. I’m trying my best my Hazy. I love you and care for you and want to give you everything like I did before. I miss our park adventures and our early morning walks. I miss how you came to cuddle us when you knew we were sad. I have a place with a lovely backyard for you, we’re waiting for u to come home. Miss you bubahs.
