Help a family find a home

Help a family find a home
The Issue
My daughter Becky was given an eviction notice after her landlord doubled her rent overnight. This is her story. She badly needs a home for her family. She has been offered no support from the local authority who have in fact made the situation worse.
I did an assessment on the 7th June where I told them I am a single mum to 3 kids, 2 of them have disabilities my daughter is type 1 diabetic she also suffers with anxiety and she is home schooled, my son is diagnosed autistic with selective mutism, severe anxiety, ocd and sensory processing disorder he has an EHCP and is in a specialist school. I also have a dog which is jacks therapy dog .
I sent my eviction letter on the 2nd June which explained I had to be out the house by the 2nd august.
I have had very little contact from the case worker I emailed her on the 5th of July and asked when would I find out about temporary accommodation as I was really worried and stressed to which I get no reply.
I sent her an email on the 21st of July of the letter my doctors wrote for me she then rang me and told me she had spoke to the solicitor and had been told there was no wiggle room on me staying in my property longer she also told me there was no temporary accommodation only something outside of the borough which I told her yes that will do.
I had no contact from her so I emailed her again on the 27th July bearing in my this is less then 2 weeks before I have to be out my property so I am extremely worried scared and upset!
She emailed me back and said there was a POSSIBILITY they will allow me to stay with a new tenancy she said she would contact me back.
No reply
I had found out by my start well worker she had a day off on the 28th she did not pass my details on to anyone else to sort this out.
I then emailed her on the 31st July and told her my landlord had been in contact with me and told me I was still to leave the property on the 2nd of august as the legal section 21 letter stated. I had explained to her I had already paid a lot of money for a moving van and a storage unit
She emailed me back saying she was waiting to hear back from the solicitor. She also told me to just stay in the property and make my landlord take me to court which I had explained I was not going to do as this would reflect badly on me.
She then went off work 1st august - 3rd august again I found this out by my startwell worker she did not let me know or contact me.
My startwell worker then had to contact her manager to get in touch with me!
The case workers manager contacted me 1st of august ( a day before I needed to leave my property) he had left a voicemail and told me that I could stay in my property for another 6 months they would pay the extra rent and I would still have priority points for a house and told me not to pack any of my things! I’m not sure if he realises it take a lot longer than a day to pack and move a family of 4 that has lived somewhere for 6 years!
I had spoke to my landlord a little after receiving the voicemail who told me he had not been contacted by the council and been told any of this and that I still needed to be put the property and he wanted the keys back.
Brett had been left a voicemail and asked if he could ring back he never did.
Yesterday 2nd august I had not received any calls all emails from anyone from the homeless team. I handed my keys to my landlord .
This has been the most stressful situation I have ever experienced it’s been absolutely awful I have struggled so many days .
In all of this aswell my son has self harmed himself as it’s not just been stressful for me but also extremely stressful and upsetting and confusing for my 3 kids .
We our now split up with my youngest son living with his dad , and me my son and daughter sleeping on the floor at my sisters house,
My sister who lives with her husband and her 4 kids ( all of them have disabilities) and my mum and dad so it is already massively overcrowded . Our dog has had to go and temporarily live with someone else.
