Help 5150 Northwest Hwy Meet Community Needs

The Issue

The plan may not be perfect yet, and we hope there is room for discussion and improvement. By signing, we indicate our support for responsible development of the property at 5150 N. Northwest Highway, Chicago, as a mixed income residential property, targeted to veterans. This property is currently designed to meet several needs, primarily a shortage of affordable, transit-oriented rental properties in Jefferson Park (and Chicago as a whole). The developer intends to have amenities and resources for its residents including onsite social services.
