For some reason, the proponents decided to change the name of the project. However, as best we can tell, it still contains 48 units of PSH (down from 64). Those units still have no requirements for sobriety or treatment compliance. Based on the research we looked at, many (if not most) of those individuals in PSH are likely to continue to live in dependence on drugs and alcohol.
The filing uses euphemisms and obscure program names like "The Coordinated Entry System" possibly to avoid using words like "homeless" and "mentally ill."
This is now filed with the BPDA. The time to push back is now!
