The BPDA will hold an online meeting on the Helm this Thursday 6-8PM.

We believe that calling this meeting "public" denies credulity and insults the community. If this meeting runs anything like recent BPDA meetings, then:

• there will be no chat
• the BPDA will decide who speaks 
• only the speaker will have video on
• we will not be able to see the list of attendees
• we will not even be able to see the number of attendees

We don't believe that this Potemkin Zoom regime meets the expectations for a real "Public Meeting" or even "Due Process." We urge you to write to our elected officials and ask for a Real public meeting that is:

1. in person with online option for those who can't make it
2. at a convenient time and location, in the neighborhood
3. allows any member of the community to speak freely and ask questions

Write to our elected officials and demand such a meeting. It is not hard to do!
