Despite strong opposition from the members of this community and despite the fact that our Hellertown Planning Committee voted NOT to rezone 1527 Easton Road; our elected officials voted in favor of rezoning 4+ plus acres in Hellertown to R2 allowing for high-density housing.

Increased traffic, noise, less privacy, crowded classrooms, and decreased home values are just a few of the consequences. This decision was made regardless of its negative impact on neighbors, residents, and the beautiful surrounding area. 

Its critical that they know how we feel about this decision and our community. We want our elected officials to make this right and reconsider their decision.
